I had the wonderful opportunity to go home for a day to visit my family and friends. I realized just how pleasurable it is to surprise someone with a visit, especially if they don't know you are coming. There is something about the look on their face, the expression in their eyes and the smile that spreads as they realize that you are there. Then on the flip side you realize just how much joy you receive knowing they care about you and are glad you came to visit. That makes everything worth it. :)
