So I just met my visiting teacher, a wonderful sister in our ward, and had an amazing visit. The message she shared was about happiness and how it is our choice to be happy. She had been reading a book called the Happiness Project and how the author did things every day to make help her be happy. I realized in my own life that I needed to focus on the things that make me happy and turn the things that don't make me happy into positives.
I'm so grateful that the Lord has seen fit to bless me with a great visiting teacher who shared the perfect message for me at this point in my life. It makes me...happy! :)
